I create shortform videos, personalized greetings and advertisements with my cast of friendly, felty friends. The complexity ranges from producing a script that's been prepared in advance to creating them from whole-cloth based on a brief from the client. I started doing them in 2012 and have done over 2,000 videos for clients around the world.
All product photography should tell a good story. When you highlight the features and essence of what a product is, does or embodies, it becomes tangible in the mind of the viewer. Oh, and it should be gorgeous. Always gorgeous.
Working with a packaging factory in China, these all went through several sample package iterations to select the best fit for our products. We then heavily modified them it to both showcase the product itself, and then plus it up with Aperion brand personality and messaging. The result: packaging that wants to have a conversation with you.
Aperion Audio wanted to do something unique for the "After Hours" phone message. Something that would really set us apart from our competition. This is the result, and is what customers heard when they called Aperion Audio after everyone had gone home for the day.
In the run-up to the 2008 elections, I was worried that Senator Obama was having all the fun and that Senator McCain was feeling left out in the cold. So I rolled up a team and we made an app that was quickly rejected by the Apple App Store. But the Pocket Senator lives on within our hearts, and also on jailbroken iPhones.
So this crazy idea was born from the desire to remake Perfect Strangers as a webcomic, create the characters in Lego, build a small sitcom set and execute everything in-camera. It was a blast.
